Cut the Paper
Measure and cut manila paper into strips of two sizes—2.5 cm for smaller tubes and 5 cm for longer tubes. Ensure the strips are even for uniform rolling and a neat finish.

Roll the Tubes
Roll each strip of manila paper tightly into a tube and secure it with glue along the edge. Press firmly to hold the shape while the glue sets.

Prepare the Base
Arrange the rolled tubes vertically in a circular or rectangular pattern to form the shape of the pen holder. Test the placement before gluing to ensure stability and an even structure.

Glue the tubes together one by one, starting from the base and working outward. Allow the glue to dry thoroughly to make the holder sturdy and durable.
